Eagle’s Global Client Coverage Model organizes client touch points into three key roles: the relationship manager, the project executive and the client operations manager. Eagle’s relationship manager is committed to aligning overall business objectives with the capabilities of the Eagle solution. The relationship manager has end-to-end accountability of the relationship throughout the client lifecycle and helps to ensure alignment of short, intermediate and long-term goals. The client operations manager is the main point of contact for technical support on a 24/7 basis and the project executive oversees implementation activities. The project executive is dedicated to helping the client successfully deploy the solution while helping to ensure benefits by using our best practices.

Not only do we offer specialized coverage, we are committed to helping clients navigate change and network with each other. It is important for us to keep up with our clients’ changing strategies, which we achieve not only through aligning with their corporate goals, but also by staying at the forefront of industry trends. We are able to adapt our offerings to a client’s evolving organization and also help them address industry issues. This blog is one of the many ways we help clients stay on top of market uncertainties. Our regional events and client conference are also great ways for our clients to stay informed of trends. We host panels and thought leaders from a variety of firms to help provide a wide range of perspectives on the industry.
